Agency is intentionally taking purposeful action to turn possibility into progress. Intrapreneurial Agency is the intentional exercise of that capacity to create value within an organisation.
GISA26 explores what intrapreneurial agency looks like in practice and the people and organisational conditions that help it flourish.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT THIS YEAR?
For seven years, the Global Intrapreneurs Summit and Awards has recognised remarkable people turning ideas into action and creating meaningful change from within their organisations.
This year we are taking stock of that journey, celebrating those who step forward to make their organisations better and the people who enable them.

Despite the fact that I have been engaged with Entrepreneurship development over the last 30 years and Intrapreneurship development for the last 3 years, the Global Intrapreneurs Summit had many AH-HA moments for me. It not only reinforced my belief that intrapreneurship is the new frontier for organizations and employees, but also that it will grow to become a big movement. The program for the Global Intrapreneurs Summit was delicious! I particularly appreciated the diversity of regions which allowed me to uncover the best practices from around the globe. I also really appreciated the share of experiences from sectors which I am not familiar with. I think that intrapreneurship has the ability to play an important role for the future of organizations, and this summit was a great opportunity to demonstrate its effects on companies that give it a try.
