For seven years, the Global Intrapreneurs Summit and Awards has recognised remarkable people turning ideas into action and creating meaningful change from within their organisations.
In 2026, we are taking stock of that journey and doing something different.
GISA26 will be a special celebration of intrapreneurial impact, agency and the enduring value of people who step forward to make their organisations better.

The Global Intrapreneur Summit and Awards Ceremony was an enriching and inspiring experience. Indeed, it was truly transformative! I recommend it to all professionals who want to evolve their company from the inside. This event gave me new tools and perspectives to develop intrapreneurship within my organization.
Dr. Irena, your level of polish and quality of academic articulation inspired us all to participate and continue to learn. GISA had a great variety of break-out sessions, top-quality guest speakers with real-world case studies … and you also found space for us to share our journey!
Intrapreneurialism has been a game-changer for organizations, fostering a culture of innovation and initiative among employees. The Global Intrapreneurs Institute has been instrumental in encouraging intrapreneurial thinking within the corporate and academic framework and bringing intrapreneurial individuals to the world stage, which has led to sharing groundbreaking ideas and empowering teams.
I enjoyed increasing my understanding of various topics related to intrapreneurialism and hearing the diversity of thoughts at the 2023 Global Intrapreneurs Summit and Awards Ceremony.

Despite the fact that I have been engaged with Entrepreneurship development over the last 30 years and Intrapreneurship development for the last 3 years, the Global Intrapreneurs Summit had many AH-HA moments for me. The program for the Global Intrapreneurs Summit was delicious! I particularly appreciated the diversity of regions which allowed me to uncover the best practices from around the globe. I also really appreciated the share of experiences from sectors which I am not familiar with. I think that intrapreneurship has the ability to play an important role for the future of organizations, and this summit was a great opportunity to demonstrate its effects on companies that give it a try.
